To view details about any planned meetings, check the calendar.

Details about events scheduled more than one month away are provided as a general guideline only and are subject to change. If you plan to attend a meeting, please call the Office of Policy and Community at 410-396-1646 or e-mail the Office of Policy and Community Engagement, Jocelyn Stenhouse or Vanessa Graves to obtain current meeting information.

Meeting Attendance

Special Needs
To arrange special accommodations for translation, interpretation, diet or mobility, please contact the Office of Policy and Community Engagement at 410-396-1646. We require 3 weeks notice before the meeting you plan to attend for accommodations to be made.

Meeting Minutes
Minutes of monthly planning council meetings are available online, usually within two weeks of the meeting date.

All Planning Council and committee meetings are open to the public, except when topics pertaining to individuals' private or confidential information are under discussion, per HIPAA and other applicable regulations.
